Saple

Featured is a hand crafted Native American Style, 6 hole flute in the key of F# by Dave McGiffin. The flute is made from figured Saple . The bird is crafted from Lignum Vitae and attached with Turquoise deer hide and glass beads. There is Ebony and Tourquoise inlayed dots between the finger holes. The bore is 7/8” the overall length is 22-1/4”. The flute has been dipped in tung oil to help protect from moisture on the inside and several coats have been applied on the outside as well. This flute has a very responsive and tranquil sound.
